Which lines are covered by the JRP,

As long as it says JR Line, then it is covered :)

All Shinkansen lines are included as well. The metro is NOT covered.

we would like to know if following trains are covered by the JRP :
- the LTD EXP (wide view) FUJIKAWA 3 (KYOTO to Fujinomiya) .If not how much fees we have to pay and where? - the SHINKANSEN KODAMA 662 - the LTD EXP MARINE EXPRESS ODORIKO 76

Hi Doris,

Can you tell me where you saw FUJIKAWA 3? This looks to be a special train and not on the regular time table.

The Kodama and Odoriko train are covered, between Tokyo station and Ito station.

The Nozomi is indeed not covered, you can take the Hikari service instead.

The FUJIKAWA3 is running from KYOTO station through Shizuoka Station to Fujinomiya.

The train is covered by the JR Pass. All lines it travels on are JR lines.

Keep in mind though that services from Kyoto are very limited.
