Instead of scanning the QR code on the pass, it says you can also enter the reservation number manually. Where exactly is the reservation number? I saw part of the passport number.

Hi there,

This should be a reservation number issued by the JR Group, so it depends on who you purchased your JR Pass from. If you would like to send more details, please reach out to our support team at [email protected] and we will be happy to help!

Kind Regards,

Mariko
