What railway pass would be best suited for travel from OSAKA-HIROSHIMA/MIYAJIMA (daytrip)-NARA (daytrip)-KYOTO-TOKYO-back to OSAKA? (11days, 10nights)

Hi there,

I'm just having difficulty figuring out which pass would work best for me. I'm planning on traveling from Osaka-Hiroshima/Miyajima (daytrip)-Kyoto-Tokyo and then back to Osaka where we will be flying back. The trip will be for 11 days and 10 nights but I wasn't sure which pass would be most suitable.

Any help or advice would be much appreciated ! :)

Hi there,

Could you tell me how many days you'll be spending in each city? I.e. Hiroshima (2d), Kyoto (4d), etc?

This would help me find the best JR Pass match for you.

Hi Daniel,

Sorry for the late reply ! I couldn't see where my post went to and so had to manually search for it (do you happen to know if we can receive notifications on email when someone responds to our posts?)

Here is the breakdown of the trip:

Day 1: Osaka
Day 2: Daytrip to Hiroshima/Miyajima and back to Osaka
Day 3: Daytrip to Nara from Osaka and then to Kyoto
Day 4: Kyoto
Day 5: Kyoto
Day 6: Tokyo
Day 7: Tokyo
Day 8: Tokyo
Day 9: Tokyo
Day 10: Osaka
Day 11: Depart from Osaka
