Google map says to take the Narita Skyaccess, but the Asakusa Line is not covered and yet there is no change of vehicle. Do we buy a separate ticket for the Asakusa line at the Narita Skyaccess booth in Narita? Is there a different way to get to the Higashi-Nihombashi Station? We will be carrying our luggage.

Hi there,
The closest JR station is called Asakusabashi, your hotel is about 600M from there. You should be okay if you can walk this distance with your luggage.
Hope this helps,
Daniel
