Hello: My wife and I will be spending two weeks (14 days) in Japan. We plan to spend the first 7 days in Tokyo and then travel to Osaka for 5 days. When staying in Osaka we plan to also travel to Kyoto and Nara. After 5 days in Osaka we plan to travel back to Tokyo for 1 day before leaving to return home. Would a one week Japan Rail Pass starting when we travel to Osaka be our best option? Thank you.

Hello,
The Nationwide JR Pass offers the greatest convenience for your itinerary. However, if you prefer a more budget-friendly option, individual tickets will be much more cost-effective.
I hope this helps!
Kind Regards,
Mariko
