Day 2 : Take JR rail from Tokyo station to Kyoto
Day 3 : Kyoto
Day 4 : Take JR rail from Kyoto to Tokyo
Day 5: Take JR rail to Mt Fuji

Hi there,

The JR Pass covers all your travel between the cities you want to visit. That said, you may still need additional travel locally within cities and around Fuji.

The JR Pass will give you good savings with your trip and I would certainly recommend one.

Hope this helps,
Daniel
