Travelling with JR pass inter cities

Hi !
We are travelling to Tokyo and then from there to Mount fuji, Yamanakako and kyoto an back to Tokyo, So which JR pass we 'll need to travel inter cities and in Tokyo itself.

It depends on how many days but for example, a 7 day Japan Rail Pass would work very good for your trip.
