Hello, I will be travelling with my 5 year old son to Tokyo arriving on 28 August. We will then head to Kyoto on 30 August and on 02 September to Nara for one night. On 03 September we will head to Kansai Airport in Osaka for our flight back home.
Any suggestions on which pass I should buy? Also, does my son need a ticket as well?
Thank you very much, Myrto

Hi Myrto,
For child passes and tickets please see:

Since you are travelling one way Tokyo - Osaka you would not travel enough to make savings with the JR Pass, as such, I suggest buying normal train tickets.
Kind regards,
Daniel
