Hi, we plan to go in October with our itinerary as follows :
18 Oct landed in Fukuoka
21 Oct Fukuoka to Kyoto
23 Oct kyoto to Osaka
26 Oct Osaka to Tokyo
29 Oct leaving from Haneda airport
Do you have any suggestion should we get JR Pass or should we buy ticket locally ? Because it looks like that from Fukuoka to Kyoto mostly using Shinkansen Nozomi which it doesn't covered by JR Pass.

You can use the JR Pass for the trip Fukuoka - Kyoto, for details I recommend reading What is the Sanyo Shinkansen. I think a 7-day JR Pass pass is worth considering for your trip when used from Oct 21st to Oct 27th.
