TRAVEL - HAKATA - HIROSHIMA

Hi there,

I recommend using a 5 day Hiroshima - Yamaguchi area Pass. This pass covers travel from Hakata to Hiroshima and Yamaguchi.

It is also a very cost efficient option to travel and you can use the Shinkansen where possible.

Hi Daniel.. How about the inner city route in Hakata. Like going to Canal City, Fukuoka Castle etc. Can I still use same pass you recommend to travel to Canal City, Tenjin , Fukuoka Castle etc..

There are not many JR trains within Fukuoka. Most area's can be reached walking though, there are also inner city buses that only cost 100yen per ride. Alternatively, the Fukuoka Metro can be used at a small fee.
