Travel between Shinjuku Tokyo to Oiso

My husband and I are travelling from Shinjuku Tokyo to Oiso I'm having difficulty sorting out train travel between the two places.
Does anyone have any suggestions please?

Hi there,

It's fairly easy, get the JR Chuo line from Shinjuku to Tokyo station. Then get on the JR Tokaido line to Oiso :)
