Where could I find the schedule of train? We will be arriving Tokyo on March 24th and leaving from Tokyo on April 5th. Is it pissible to take the soon retiring train to Hokkaido on March 25th or 26th and new train H5 back to Tokyo in a few days? Thanks!

Yes, you could do it like this. For train timetables simply use www.hyperdia.com
Note that this train will be busy for the first couple of days, so it is recommended to make reservations in advance.
