こんいｃぎは！ It's my first time in Japan. I'm going to a Ceramic Art festival in Shizuoka and then will go to Kyoto.

Week 1 : I travel from Tokyo to Shizuoka - 22 november
Week 2 : I traval from Shizuoka to Kyoto and from Kyoto back to Tokyo : as from 27-28 November to 2 December.

Total is 7 days : will that work or does the 7 days be continuous ?

If so this mean I would need to take 2 week pass ?

Is a 2 week pass for the travel I will do still interesting ?

Which best price solution can you offer me ?

Hello Nathalie,

A 7 day JR Pass would be a good choice if you make this trip within 7 days but a 14 day JR Pass would require a bit more travel.

As it stands now, the best option would be to buy normal tickets.
