Hello,
We will travel wthin Tokyo and
From Tokyo we will go to Osaka, to Kyoto and back to Tokyo.

We want to travel with fast trains.
Do we need to buy a Reginal Pass or JR Pass?

Hi Tugba KOC,

A 7-day JR Pass would be perfect here if you make the return Tokyo - Kyoto/Osaka within 7-days. You can ride the Hikari bullet trains directly between all these cities. There's no regional pass that offers anything similar on this route.
