I have a 10 night trip booked to Japan, I plan on doing 3 nights in Tokyo, 2 nights in Osaka and 5 nights in Hakuba. My flight arrives and departs in Tokyo. What would be the most cost efficient way of travelling around? It seems I need an 8 day pass :( any thoughts?

Hi there,
If possible, using a 7-day JR Pass for travel to Hakuba, Osaka and back to Tokyo. Then just buy normal tickets for the way day remaining in Tokyo.
Hope this helps :)
