Hi,
pls can you let me know which 7 day pass would suit my travel?

29 Dec - start 7 day pass - staying in Tokyo
30 Dec - day trip to Kyoto
2 Jan - day trip to Osaka
4 Jan - Shinjuku to Hakuba

Would this be the nationwide pass or does the East JR pass cover the above?

Thanks
Karis

Hi Karis,

I recommend using a 7 day Japan Rail Pass for your trip. It would help you make good savings and is also the only pass that covers the route to Kyoto, Osaka and back to Tokyo. Travel to Hakuba is also covered.

Hope this helps,
Daniel

Would this be the pass you sell on your website for 7 days it is $363? Sorry, I just just confused with all of the different types of passes and don’t want to buy the wrong one :)

Yes, we have a 7 day ordinary pass and a 7 day Green (1st class) pass. Either of these would cover the itinerary above :)

Hope this clears things up!
