Hello! We are travelling in November...

Tokyo 6 nights
Hakone 2 nights
Kyoto 3 nights
Hiroshima 2 nights (day trip to island on ferry)
Osaka 5 nights

Would a 21 day pass be worth it? Iterinerty is in order of travel.

Hi there,

Local train in Tokyo and Osaka usually does not add up to a huge amount. I think you'd be perfectly fine going for a 7 day or 14 day JR Pass for travel to Hakone, Kyoto, Hiroshima and Osaka. These are the trips that cost the most and where you'll get the best possible savings.
