We plan to travel by rail 7 days from Tokyo to Kyoto then Kyoto to Osaka then Osaka to Okayama. Is the Shinkansen 7day pass our best bet?

Hi there,
The JR Pass is the only pass that covers all these routes.
But you'd still need to do a bit more traveling to make savings using the pass.
