Hi,
I will travel from Shinjuku to kawaguchiko on 22 October (Sunday) and I search in Hyperdia there is available NARITA EXPRESS running between these two station. Kindly advice if I need to pay any additional cost to take on this service by using JR Pass.
Besides, any where i can do the reservation on this?

You can reserve the Narita Express when you arrive at the airport.
There is indeed an extra charge between Kawaguchiko and Otsuki station. You can pay this when reserving the seats.
