We have planned the following itinerary:
Sept 24 Arrive Narita Airport and stay in Tokyo
Sept 27 Shinkansen to Kyoto
Sept 30 Return by Shinkansen to Tokyo
?Oct 2 Possible day trip to Hakone
Oct 6 Depart from Haneda Airport
Would it be best to get a JR Pass? Should I get one for 7 days or 14? Does it include the Narita Express?

Hi there,
A 7-day JR Pass would be the better option here, to get the best value out of your pass, use it for travel to Kyoto and back to Tokyo.
It includes the JR Pass, as well as the Shinkansen to Hakone and Monorail to Haneda Airport.
