My wife and I will travel from Tokyo to Hon Hachinohe on April 25th aound 4:00 to 5:00 pm. We already purchased the Tohoku pass thru the travel agent in U.S and have the voucher number. Can we reserve seat before we exchange the voucher? If not, will it be a problem if we book the seat after our arrival as that is during Golden Week. Thank you very much for your help!
