We’re coming to Japan from the UK for the Rugby World Cup and meeting friends from Australia. We’re purchasing rail passes and have the following questions.
1/ With the meet & greet service can you reserve our seats for us for the the entirety of journey?
2/ If one group arrives at Narita before the other by a few hours can they reserve seats for all of us if they know the booking codes etc?

1.) Yes, we can. Though please bring a written list beforehand, so we know what trains to reserve.
2.) The JR Pass that you make reservations for will need to be present. If you have your friends passes with you, then we can do so.
