Hi. We will be arriving at narita airport very late at night and would miss the last narita express train so we booked at a nearby hotel to stay for the night. Are we still allowed reenter narita airport to go to narita station to board narita express in the morning? Thanks

Yes, of course. The train station and any part of Narita airport before security can be accessed without having the need for a boarding pass.
