Hi

I'm just wondering if the JR pass will cover me when travelling on all of the Shinkansen trains. I will be travelling from Osaka to Tokyo then onto Hakuba the same day.

Hi there,

Yes, all Shinkansen lines are included. You can use the Hikari Shinkansen between Osaka and Tokyo. As well as the Shinkansen to Nagano/Iiyama for access to Hakuba.
