Here is my itemery:

Hi there,

I checked your itinerary for the best option but recommend buying normal rail tickets. A 7 day JR Pass is best used when using it for a return Tokyo - Kyoto. Most of your travel is concentrated in Kansai and the Kanto Area's.

Within cities, you can look at buying day tickets for local transport. For instance, in Kyoto there's a 500yen bus ticket. In Tokyo you can buy a day ticket for the Tokyo Metro.

Hope this helps,
Daniel
