Hi,
We are flying from UK to Tokyo on Saturday. We did not know until today that we had to order the pass before traveling to Japan.
If I order it online now it seems that I will not receive the pass until after we leave the UK.
Can it be delivered to my hotel in Japan or can an online version be emailed to me?

Where are you based in the UK? You could still come and collect it from our office in London today until about 17:00.
