Only JR pass trains

Hallo!

I would appreciate if you can help me with two questions regarding the Japan Rail pass (14 days, normal):

  1. How can I search trains covered by JR pass on Hyperdia? I selected JR, NOZOMI , but it still show up warning: "the search results below may contain some routes not suitable for JR pass...."?
  2. A friend ordered the voucher exchange for me because we'll be travelling together for the first half of the trip. He has received the map with the trains, etc. I will continue on my own for the second half of the trip. Could I receive another map of the JR pass trains for myself?

Hi there,

1.) The text you see is just a general disclaimer that is always displayed. Keep the option Nozomi/Mizuho and Private Railway deselected and you should be fine.

2.) I'm afraid that we do not send out extra maps but there are many online resources you can use, maps you can pick-up in Japan or use an App.
