I dont have a surname/family name, but to buy the JR pass it is required. And i have purchased a 7day JR pass from Klook, by indicating 'FNU' (Family name unknown) as per regular practice when booking tickets online.
Can i confirm with you if this is acceptable by the JR officer upon ticket collection at Narita?
