I have ordered my 14 day JR just now. Its for delivery in 2 days max per Fedex.
My port of entry to JApan is at Fukuoka International Airport 845PM -DAy1]. Is it true there is no Exchange Office for JR PAss in FUKUOKA INtl Airport? That the nearest exchange office is in JR HAKATA STATION ?
I leave for HIMEJI on my day2 at 845AM from JR HAKATA Station .
Do I have enough time for the JR PAss EXchange before I leave for Himeji?

You are correct - there is no JR train to the airport nor JR station there, so you must go to Hakata Station. For the hours, I already gave you the list of offices and when they're open. At Hakata Stn it is open until 11 PM, and open at 7 AM.
You can do it on your arrival day and set the first day as your 2nd day, or just go to the office after 7 AM and begin using the pass immediately.
It's up to you.
