Could you advise, can i use JR Pass if i want to visit Shirakawago from Nagoya (roundtrip)?
If yes, can i book/reserve seat in advance?

Hi there,
You can use the JR Pass to travel from Nagoya to Takayama using the wide view Hida express. From Takayama express busses run to Shirakawago, these unfortunately are not included.
Train reservations can be made at any JR station.
