ill be travelling to Japan on Jul25 to Aug1.
arriving in Nagoya and Departing via Osaka.
I plan to get a 7day JR PASS. start day is Jul26 to Aug1.
the 7 day JR PASS does not need to start on the arrival date right?
Can I use JR Pass from Nagoya to KANSAI AIRPORT?
Is. there a direct travel or would there be train/line transfers?
Which Line should I take? and which stations ?

Hi there,
This is correct, you can start the JR Pass at any day. So you do not have to start using the JR Pass when you arrive in Japan right away.
You can travel from Nagoya to Kansai Airport, with one transfer at Shin-Osaka station. First take the Shinkansen from Nagoya station to Shin-Osaka station, and from there the Haruka Express to Kansai Airport.
