I am Julieta M. Lava from Manila, Philippines.

I was supposed to travel to Japan as tourist on March 12-20, 2018 but unfortunately I got hospitalized due to Chronic Bronchial Asthma on March 8th and discharged from the hospital on March 13, 2018. As per doctor's advice my trip to Japan was cancelled. My plane ticket and the tours and hotel bookings in Japan were cancelled by my friends (who went on with their trip on March 8th) except the Japan Rail Pass as they were informed that I could be the only one to cancel this rail pass.

This Japan rail pass was booked and bought online for JPY29,110 and was issued and given to my friends in Japan. Could you please inform me how and where can I file a refund for this? Please understand i need this money badly and would like receive it as soon as possible.

If you purchased the JR Pass via www.jrpass.com, then please contact our support team via [email protected] and we will start the refund process for you.
