Have an ordinary JPR pass. Arriving Narita 1 February 2019 depart 17 February 2019
Will I be able to activate/exchange my JPR pass at terminal 2 in Narita Airport. Till what time?
1. Spending first night in Wakamatsu Honten Honmachi 355, Narita Village. 2 February Narita Village to Senshinkan Matsuya Nagano yamanouchi Shibu Onsen What is the best train to take?
2. 5 february Shibu Onsen to Odori Park. Please advise Eileen

Hi Eileen van Dyk,
The JR Pass can be exchanged until 21:45 at Narita Airport, this is the time that the office closes. You can find details here: https://www.jrpass.com/blog/activating-the-jr-pass-at-narita-airport
1.) For going to Shibu Onsen, take the Narita Express to Tokyo station and then the Hokuriku Shinkansen to Nagano. From there you can take an express bus or nagano dentetsu line to Shibu Onsen. Note that transport after Nagano is not included in the JR Pass.
2.) Could you tell me which Odori Park? Japan has quite a few parks called Odori Park :)
