May I know can I change my seat reservation 24/2/2019
From oshamambe to shin-holidays-hokuto (8.06am) and
Shin-hokodate-Hokuto to Tokyo (9:31am) because I leave kutchan station at 12:35 pm finally I want ask if I miss a train and take the second train using the jr pass is it have a extra changer thank you

Hi there,

To change seat reservations, please go to a ticketing window at any JR Pass.

We are unable to make seat reservations or changes online.

You can use the next train and use a non-reserved seat in case you miss your train.
