I bought the rail pass online and the indication was that the exchange order for the pass will be delivered to me by a certain date. Until I left my country the mail with my exchange order had not arrived or delivered to me as per the time indicated at the time of purchase. Now I am in Japan I have fail to receive assistance on the issue. Please assist.
