Hi guys
We have already paid for 2x21 day jr passes with your company. We are heading to Japan on 14 October but won’t be activating the passes until the 20th (approx). I think we were going to get the passes this month and I know you can’t issue the passes outside 3 months. Can you tell me if they need to be activated within 3 months and if so I assume you will need to issue after the 20th of August.

Hi Mark,
Passes need to be activated within 3 months after purchase, you could thus buy them now if you plan on using them in October.
