Hi, I am Govind Ranade from India. I have purchased JR Pass and have received my Ecchange Order. We will arrive Japan on 14t May 2026. On arrival I will have to convert my Exchange order to Physical JR Pass card. After arrival, we have to immediately travel to Nagona. How can I reserve my train ticket, say for a train starting from Tokyo station at around 11:00 -11:30 AM.

Hi Govind,
After activating your JR Pass, you can make a seat reservation at any JR Ticket Office (Midori-no-madoguchi) or by using the ticket machines at JR stations. For convenient travel times, you can use NAVITIME in advance or ask at a JR station.
