We have purchased 2 x 7days Green JR Pass.
Arriving Haneda Airport on 8th Dec.
Stay 3 nights in Tokyo and 3 nights in Hakone.
So we intend to start using our JR Pass journey from Odawara on 14th Dec.
(1)Where and when should we change the voucher to JR Pass.
(2) Where, when and how we can start making seat reservation.

Hi there,
1.) You can do so directly at Haneda Airport, here you can make reservations as well. Once you land, follow the signs with Railways and you will find the JR East office, here you can exchange the JR Pass.
2.) Tickets can be reserved at Haneda Airport but also at any JR Station.

Hi there,
You can make reservations once you are in Japan at any station, unfortunately, it is not possible to do so online.
