Kyobashi Station

Hi there,

Do you mean Kyobashi in Tokyo or Osaka?

In any event, the JR Pass can be exchanged at most major stations and Kyobashi is not one of them.

If I exchange it at the Tokyo airport before I fly to Osaka, will be be activated when I first use it in Osaka? (I had planned to take a car service from Osaka airport to my hotel near the Kyobashi station, since I will have just flown 16 hours and thought it would be easier than trying to figure out the train.) Hi there,

Yes, you could do so at any of the stations in the link I posted before.

If you just arrive at Tokyo, then it would mean going through customs, making your way to the exchange station and then going back trough security before flying to Osaka.
