I have a Temporary Visitor Visa With Multiple entries to1 Japan & given 30 days of stay. Date of issue is October 13, 2016 & Expiry is October 13, 2021..My flight to Japan is November 29, 2016.. May I know if I am eligible to buy JR pass before I travel on Nov. 29, 2016? Waiting for your reply.. Thank you.
