I enquired about the above pass and have not got your reply. So, am asking you for your reply again:
Am I allowed to go beyond the towns mentioned in the JR Tokyo Wide Pass usage area without paying extra if the JR lines go beyond the towns mentioned? An example is Limited Express Chou line goes from Shinjuku to Matsumoto while the JR Tokyo Wide Pass stops at Sakudaira.
Also, could you provide me with the link for train timetable from Utsunomiya to Nikko please.

Hi Lim,
The JR Tokyo Wide Pass is one of the few JR Passes we do not sell or provide support for at jrpass.com due to sale limitations set by JR East. For support I recommend contacting JR East for official answers.
As I understand it, you could go beyond the usage area, show the pass at the arrival gate and pay the difference from the last station that is covered. That said, I can not say this 100% with certainty.
