Hi there,
The JR Pass is available in 7, 14 and 21 day combinations. I'm afraid there are no passes with a longer duration.
If you will need to be travelling for the entire 30 days, you can consider buying 2 passes (a 21 and a 7), or perhaps 2 smaller duration passes if you have a break from travelling in your itinerary.
