Please confirm if I can use JR passes to reserve seat as follows:

  1. Tokyo to Osaka
  2. Osaka to Kyoto
  3. Kyoto to Kobe

Can JR pass use in Tokyo and Osaka area?

Hi Anna,

Yes, the JR Pass covers travel between Tokyo - Osaka - Kyoto - Kobe and you can use the bullet train as well between these cities.

Additionally the local JR network in Osaka and Tokyo is also included.
