Hi team, I would like to purchase the 21-days-pass for my visit to Japan:
16 Dec, arrive to Tokyo at Haneda Airport, stay until 26 Dec
27 Dec - 02 Jan, Osaka and Kyoto, plan to take Shinkansen
03 - 04 Jan, stay Tokyo and leave at Narita Airport
would the 21-days-pass cover all rides at Tokyo, Osaka and Kyoto? and how to reserve seat at Shinkansen to and from Osaka?

Thank you for your question.
The JR Pass covers the entire JR Network nationwide, that includes all bullet train lines and local networks. That also includes transport to/from Tokyo Airport.
Transport, operated by other companies, is not covered. Such as the Tokyo Metro. For seat reservations, see: https://www.jrpass.com/blog/reserving-seats-boarding-the-bullet-train
