We have booked our JR pass two days ago. We intend to visit Ushiku daibutsu. We will be staying at a hotel in Asakusa and from here we have to go to Ushiku. Is there a JR bus to reach this place and does the JR pass cover this. If the answer is no, can you please let me know how to reach by train.

Hi there,
Here is the best access guide I could find for the Ushiku Daibutsu:

You can use the Joban line using the JR Pass, from Ushiku Station a bus (not JR) runs to the Daibutsu.
