JR Pass for multicities

Hi
My friend and i will be in japan for around 9 days.

We confuse and are not sure if u should a jr pass and which one should we get?

Our itenary is as below:
included inside the JR Pass?

(Day 1) KIX - Osaka (Day 2) Osaka- Nara-Osaka (Day 3) Osaka - USJ - Osaka (Day 4) Osaka- Kyoto (Day 5) Kyoto - Tokyo (Day 6) Tokyo -Disney-Tokyo (Day 7) Tokyo - Nagano- Tokyo (Day 8) Tokyo- Fuji & Hakone - Tokyo (Day 9) Tokyo- kawazu? - Tokyo- Haneda

Should i get;
a) kansai thru 3 day pass for day 1/2/4?
b) ordinary jr 7 day pass for day 5-9?
c) buy single trip tickets?
d) does the kansai cover train from kix airport to osaka city?
