JR Pass Exchange Order Name

Hello, I received my JR Pass Exchange order via JTB and noticed that in the box for my name, there is the letter "S" directly under the title "Mr." My first and last name are listed correctly on the first line. Can anyone tell me what this "S" means, or if it is a mistake?

I am not sure what that is doing there.

It's best to contact your point of purchase to verify and have the JR Pass re-issued if it is a mistake.
