Hi there!
I am arriving in Tokyo on 22 Dec and do not want to delivery of the passes to my home country as there may not be sufficient time. Just wanted to confirm that I can buy the JR passes upon arrival in airport? Also if I'm using the JR passes to head to Kyoto, Osaka and back to Tokyo, believe I need to reserve seats on the JR trains. How do I do that?

It is not yet possible to buy the JR Pass directly in Japan.
We can however deliver the JR Pass to your accommodation in Japan. Note that shipping to Japan will take 3 business days, so don't wait too long.
