Hi

I will be staying 5 days in Tokyo making day trip to Hakone or Nikko and 5 days in Osaka making day trips to Kobe, Kyoto and Nara and back to Tokyo.

Please advise if I should buy a 7 day JR Pass.

Hi Mac,

Definitely! You will be traveling so much - a JR Pass will give you great savings compared to purchasing normal ticket and the JR Pass will cover travel to all these places and cities.
