hi,

i will be arriving in Haneda Airport at around 10pm, i believe the jr exchange office will be closed by that time. is there another exchange office near there that opens late. if not which station with an jr exchange office is closest to Zushi? thanks

All exchange offices at stations will be closed by then. You can find the full details here:

The closest station would either be Yokohama or Shin-Yokohama.
